As a first time mom, I scoured the internet to assure I was choosing the best baby products to purchase and add to my registry. But over the past year and a half, I realized no matter how much you research there is nothing quite like life experience. Every child is different therefore things aren’t always one size fits all. Today I will be highlighting some of the items I found to be the most functional for me. I hope to provide some assistance for other moms with young toddlers or moms to be creating your baby registries.

Teething Pacifier Clip
These pacifier clips have had daily usage by my daughter for the last year. They are lightweight, easy to clean, and have a dual function. I just pop them in the dishwasher and voila! Plus, they are pretty secure, unlike previous types that I’ve tried and I love that they are made of silicone (a safer alternative to plastic).
Cool Mist Humidifier
It’s affordable and easy to fill plus there are various settings with and without the light. Makes a pretty cool night light as well.
Toddler suction plate
I loved these so much I purchased three of them. They are dishwasher and microwave safe plus they stick to her high chair surface.
PVC furniture protector
Oh, how I wish I would have purchased this sooner. I searched a long time for a glass topper for my daughter’s white dresser. Due to its large size, I opted for this to save money. I could foresee all the stains and scratches that could easily be visible on its smooth surface. Unfortunately, it could not escape a couple of spots from water damage but this prevented anything further.
Collapse Food storage containers
These babies are perfect for toddler size meal. They are dishwasher and microwave safe plus they are silicone! So worries about chemicals like BPA leaching into little one’s food.
10 ounce thermos jar
Another great lunch staple! When my daughter was going to daycare packed her lunches and like most daycare centers, they refused to reheat food from outside their cafeteria. This kept her food warm from 6 am to 12 pm.

Toddler cutlery set
These really helped Zarah learn how to use regular cutlery pretty well. It great tool to foster independence with eating and practice fine motor skills. I purchased this on Amazon but it is currently no longer available so I linked another site.
Choicerefill Diaper Genie refills
These refills are almost half the price of the name brand diaper genie refills. I have used these ever since I got my diaper genie and have had no problems.
Babysonic toothbrush
I love this electric toothbrush. It lights up and has a timer. My daughter is now obsessed with brushing her teeth.
KIDDO FEEDO silicone bib
These bibs are well worth their price. I bought a cheaper twin pack of silicone bibs from Tjmaxx and trashed them after purchasing these. The structure of these is perfect and is literally a catch-all for all types of food. I never let eat a meal without them.
Magnetic cabinet locks
Sometimes you have to invest in your sanity. Prior to purchasing these in was constant battle keeping Zarah out of our cabinets. Even when Zarah got her hands on the key she was still unable to unlock the cabinet so they are great for safety.
I hope you enjoyed my list
